
Bayside is often called upon to recruit for positions that are anticipated to result in direct hires. Our clients often use Bayside’s Trial Placement Program, where an employee remains on Bayside’s payroll for an agreed to trial period of employment. This allows the employer and prospective employee to get to know one another, in order to determine whether a longer term working relationship is in everyone’s best interest. If both parties are in agreement after the trial period, you would be transfered to our client’s payroll, according to terms that you and your new employer decide on.
